Cara Delevingne

Cara Delevingne is one of the most recognizable faces in the world.  In addition to her huge successes in fashion, she has a burgeoning and exciting acting career. She is also an influential voice in the world of social media, amassing over 40 million Instagram followers.

Cara Delevingne, internationally known supermodel and actress is the ambassador of the first-ever campaign, I’m Not a Trophy. The premiere of this global initiative is a movement aimed at bringing awareness to the malicious acts of trophy hunting and poaching of endangered species. French artist and photographer Arno Elias created the campaign to bring recognition to the incredibly overlooked decimation of the world’s wildlife population; Including rhinos, elephants, and lions amongst other species.

This imagery of Cara Delevingne with endangered species printed on her skin is a great driving force because she does not only deliver a message to address the memorial of these hunted species but to empower young women. These photographs show the freedom and liberation of women and the voice to make an impact on a greater cause.

When Delevingne’s not adorning the covers of fashion magazines and campaigns around the world, she has long been known as a powerful voice when speaking up for causes that she strongly believes in. I’m Not a Trophy and their efforts for protecting the world’s magnificent wildlife are at the top of Delevingne’s list of passions.

“Cara is the genuine personification of ‘I’m Not a Trophy’. Truly a woman who plays by her own rules. Cara’s enthusiasm and vivacity are an integral part in bringing light to our message of wildlife protection”, says Elias on Delevingne’s appointment as the initiative’s first globally acclaimed icon.
